Obituary
Cathy Diane Ballard, age 69, of Decaturville, passed away Sunday, June 18th, at her home.
Cathy was born October 19, 1953 in Lexington, TN to the late George Leon & Norma Jackie Anderson.
She was retired from AHC Decatur County where she worked in environmental services for over 20 years.
Cathy is survived by her husband, William Ballard, of Decaturville; a daughter, Kim Davis, of Parsons; a son, Dwayne (Angela) Ballard, of Decaturville; two sisters, Norma Joyce (Ray) Mathis, of Lexington; Paula Thatcher, of Lexington; three brothers, Randy Leon (Carol) Anderson, of Houston, TX; Larry Martin Anderson, of NC; Gary (Candy) Anderson, of Lexington.
She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren - Katelynn & Zachary Ballard and Ruben Davis; 2 Great-Grandchildren - Korlynna & Bryan Davis.
Her Funeral Service will be held at Reed's Chapel, Decaturville, TN, at 2 PM on Wednesday, June 21st, with Jason Davis officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday 11 AM - 9 PM and Wednesday 10 AM until service.
