Eddy Mac Adams, 52, of Bath Springs, TN, passed away Monday, May 29th, at Hardin Co. Medical Center.
He was an electrician.
Eddy is survived by two sisters, Paula (Frankie) Tuten, of Bath Springs; Patricia Choate, of Bath Springs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Royce and Fannie Mae "Sandy" Adams and a brother, Matt Adams.
Visitation is Wednesday 10 AM - 8 PM at Reed's Chapel - Decaturville. Cremation will follow visitation.
