Floyd Eugene "Gene" Todd

Floyd Eugene "Gene" Todd, 87, of Parsons, TN, passed away Monday, October 9th, at his home. 

Gene was born June 27, 1936 in Henderson County to the late Rufus Floyd and Daisy Wood Todd. 
He retired from Lexington Electric System and had served proudly in the Tennessee Army National Guard. Gene attended Bible Grove Missionary Baptist Church.

He survived by his wife of 64+ years, Betty (Hatch) Todd, of Parsons; by three daughters, Kathy Todd-Vick (Jerry), of Spring Hill; Cheryl Todd, of Parsons; Patty (Sammie) Mayhall, of Lexington; by a son, Kenneth (Sheila) Todd, of Greenfield. 
 
He is also survived by 5-Granddaughters - Jana, Shelby, Deborah, Whitney and Laura.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Charlie Todd, a sister, Mae Helen Pinkley and a niece, Kay Todd Scott.

His Funeral Service will be held at Bible Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Lexington, TN, at 1 PM on Friday, October 13th,  with Bro. Tim Maness officiating. Burial will follow in Bible Grove Cemetery.

 Visitation is Thursday 12 PM - 9 PM  at Reed's Chapel - Decaturville and Friday 10 AM until service time at Bible Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
