Jason Stephen Powers

Jason Stephen Powers, 49, of Decaturville, TN, passed away Sunday, January 15th, at Henderson Co. Community Hospital. 

He last worked for Young Touchstone in Lexington before becoming disabled from cancer.

Jason was a 1992 graduate of Scotts Hill High School and he loved to ride horses and mules.

He is  survived by his wife, Amanda Bray Powers; his mother, Deborah Moody, of Scotts Hill; two sons, Justin  Powers (Breanna Bowman), of Scotts Hill; Bradley  Powers, of Decaturville; a step daughter, Cristina Davis, of Decaturville; a sister, Jennifer (Michael) Adams, of Scotts Hill; a brother, Jonathan (Kimberly) Powers, of Scotts Hill. 

He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren - Justin Powers II, Braylon Bowman and Tayvon Jimenez and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Powers.

His Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, January 19th Reed's Chapel, Scotts Hill, TN, with Bro. Denny Broadway officiating. Burial will follow in Judson Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday 1 PM - 6 PM and Thursday 11 AM until service at Reed's Chapel - Scotts Hill.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Reed's Chapel to help them with funeral expenses.
