Julia Kay Tolley Howell, 79, of Decaturville, TN, passed away Thursday, August 3rd, at Spring Meadows Health Care in Clarksville, TN.
She is survived by two daughters, Kelly Pasco, of Clarksville; Stephanie (Jamie) Martin, of Decaturville; two sisters, Mary Nell Rich, of SC; Mary Alice Young, of PA; a brother, Steve (Lisa) Tolley, of Decaturville.
She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Wayne Howell, her parents, Roby & Elbert Tolley, 2 sisters, Dottie Hustead and Virginia Duke, 2 brothers, Lloyd Tolley and Roby Tolley, Jr.
A private family viewing will be Saturday, August 5th, followed by burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Reed's Chapel - Decaturville is in charge of arrangements.
