Malcom Lee "Mack" Anglin was born November 19, 1928 in Decatur County to the late Dewey and Eula Johnson Anglin. He honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was united in marriage the the former Lola Flannery. Mr. Mack will be lovingly remembered as a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and great great grandfather. He departed this life Friday, September 8, 2023 at Lexington Manor at the age of 94.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife, Lola Flannery Anglin of Scotts Hill, TN; one son, Keith Anglin (Vanity) of Lexington, TN; two daughters-in-law, Denise Anglin and Jenny Dininger both of Lexington, TN; one brother, Billy Joe Anglin of Scotts Hill, TN; two sisters, Eva Jean Smith of Parsons, TN; Diane Martin of Liberty, TN; three grandchildren Michael Anglin (Emily) of Beech Bluff, TN; Kim Wilson (Nick) of Lexington, TN; Laura Anglin of Dallas, TX; ten great grandchildren, Micah Anglin of Lexington, TN; Hannah Anglin of Scotts Hill, TN; Raven Tharp of Lexington, TN; Zach Anglin of Memphis, TN; John Mack Anglin of Decaturville, TN; Kaydence Gibson of Parsons, TN; Landon Wilson (Mykelle); Braden Wilson; Nate Wilson; Brooklyn Wilson all of Lexington, TN; Mr. Anglin is also survived by two great great grandchildren, Silas Tharp and Jax Wilson of Lexington, TN;
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Joey Anglin; two brothers, Ted Anglin, Jerry Anglin; and two sisters, June Nicholson; Lucille Robertson
Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM and again on Monday, September 11, 2023 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Reed's Chapel in Scotts Hill, TN.
Funeral Services will begin at 2:00 PM on Monday September 11, 2023 with Bro. Stanley Stone and Rev. Nick Wilson officiating at Reed's Chapel in Scotts Hill. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery.
