Obituary
Patty Sue Brasher Burns, 91 of Parsons, TN passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2023 in Jackson, TN.
Patty was a member of the VFW, Elks Lodge, and a active member of the Senior Citizen in Decatur Co. She was a avid lover of rook as well as many other card games. She in earlier years worked in Chicago being a telephone operator, in later years, a beautician, and loved to sit with the elderly.
Patty is survived by one daughter, Donna Sue Flowers, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, two brothers , Jimmy (Linda) Brasher of Decatuville; Roy (Peggy) Brasher of Reagan; two sisters-in- laws, Randa Brasher of Decaturville; Shelby Brasher of Nashville: three grandchildren, Amy Masengale, Kellie Morgan and Jasen Flowers, five great-grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donnie Burns; her mother and father Flora and Elvin Brasher; four brothers, Paul W., Jerry, James Earl, Larry Gene Brasher and a sister Mary Ruth Pearcy.
Her Funeral Service will be held at Reed's Chapel - Decaturville, TN at 11 AM Tuesday, March 14, 2023 with Bro. Jonathon Downs officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bath Springs, TN.
Visitation is Monday 3-9 PM and Tuesday 9 AM until service.
