Obituary
Wanda Kennedy Alexander, 84, passed away at her home in Nesbit, MS July 3, 2023. Mrs. Alexander was born to Leo and Mary Reba Kennedy on January 6, 1939 in Scotts Hill, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Clifton Alexander, and her parents.
Wanda was a member of North Mississippi Bible fellowship group and continued to follow the Lord and His word.
Mrs. Alexander is survived by her four children including her daughter and caretaker of many years-Mrs. Anita Alexander Armstrong (William) of Nesbit, MS; Mr. Timothy Alexander (Lisa), of Collierville, TN; Mr. Michael Alexander, of Byhalia, MS; and Mrs. Regina Alexander Gilliland (Mark), of Germantown, TN.
She is also survived by her sister-Brenda Kennedy Gibson, of Cedar Grove, TN and her brother-Freddie Kennedy, of Sardis, TN. Wanda had five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 8, 2023 at Reed's Chapel in Scotts Hill at 12 noon. Visitation will be from 11 AM until service. Burial will follow in Peace Chapel Cemetery.
